When we experience emotional anguish -- such as depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress -- it is common for us to feel stuck. My passion is helping people work through their emotional challenges so they can move forward in life.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which are all effective in treating depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress.
In addition to private practice, my background includes 10 years working with children and their families as a School Counselor.
My goal is to help my clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and reclaim healthy perceptions of themselves.
